Overview Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time and part-time Banquet Bartenders to join us at The Sheraton in Nashua, New Hampshire. Banquet Bartenders are responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests at banquets and events responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience at all times. Responsibilities Set up portable bar with all the appropriate items Organize wine and champagne service for meal functions Maintain bar supplies and glassware and know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available Measure all drinks using a shot glass and encourage sales to guests Ensure all bar billing is accurate and money drops are done at the end of the shift Qualifications No high school diploma or GED required Must be at least 21 years of age At least one year experience bartending Experience in cash handling and credit card processing required Previous experience using computerized POS system required Physical Requirements Ability to remain standing for entire length of shift Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally Bar environment - noise level may be moderate to high during shift Delaware North
