Job Description

As our client continues to formalize and strengthen their HR structure, they are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations while helping implement long-term HR strategies that drive consistency, compliance, and employee engagement across the Americas. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to modernizing HR practices across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope HR generalist support across multiple business units.
  • Partner with leadership on employee relations, coaching, and issue resolution.
  • Support and process payroll and benefits administration; experience in payroll systems is a plus.
  • Lead and support talent acquisition efforts—recruiting for roles from warehouse to chemist to corporate professionals.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement.
  • Act as point of contact and HR lead during periods when the HR Director is traveling.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing or multi-site environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now a plus, but not required.
  • Working knowledge of payroll processes and software preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a flexible, “go-getter” mindset who can operate independently when needed.
