As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our members while promoting AAA products and services. Your responsibilities will include: Sales Excellence by consistently up-selling and cross-selling AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals; Travel Planning by assisting members in planning domestic travel vacations including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks; Customer Service by answering incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery; Serving as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable. Minimum qualifications include previous sales and customer service experience, effective communication skills, proficiency in computer skills, willingness to obtain Notary Public designation within 6 months, basic geography knowledge, a High School Diploma/GED, and satisfactory background screening results.
