Job Title: Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setter

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Commission Based (flexible scheduling)

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setters. In this role, you will be responsible for canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and setting qualified appointments for our solar consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass assigned territories to generate leads and set appointments.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy.
• Record and report daily activities, leads, and appointment details.
• Represent the company professionally and adhere to company standards and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with direct, face-to-face interaction with homeowners.
• Self-driven with a positive, outgoing attitude.
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus but not required.
